I have just completed the divestiture and then merger of a $100 M company with the $150 M North American subsidiary of a Danish parent company.  I am now ready to assume responsibility for a large organization which is looking to build on its strengths or refocus direction, revitalize culture and utilize team values to generate growth and profitability.

One example of the results I can deliver is the turn-around of Ingredient Technology Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crompton & Knowles Inc.  EBIT was increased 300%.  Stockholder value was doubled, adding $50 million in just 2 ½  years to the divesting company.
