I have just completed the divestiture and then merger of a $100 M company with the $150 M North American subsidiary of a Danish parent company.  I am now ready to assume responsibility for a large organization which is looking to build on its strengths or refocus direction, revitalize culture and utilize team values to generate growth and profitability.

My strength, personal leadership, has enabled me to direct the “change process” and develop team commitment.  I bring a highly personalized style to team-line management and understand, internalize and apply strategic imperatives to get people moving  toward clear objectives at all levels.  People trust me to lead them through what sometimes seems like overwhelming change and chaotic ambiguity.

One example of the results I can deliver is the turn-around of Ingredient Technology Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crompton & Knowles Inc.  EBIT was increased 300%.  Stockholder value was doubled, adding $50 million in just 2 ˝  years to the divesting company.
